These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Songkrate ("Service"), operated by Catenary Consulting LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using Songkrate, you agree to these Terms.
Songkrate is a music curation and playback management tool that allows users to create curated music profiles with customized library subsets for controlled playback. The Service works with compatible music services (currently Apple Music).
You must create an account to use Songkrate. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Songkrate does not provide music content. The Service facilitates curation and playback management for music you access through your own subscriptions to compatible music services (e.g., Apple Music). You are responsible for maintaining your own music service subscription.
You agree to use Songkrate only for its intended purpose. You may not:
Songkrate may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of purchase.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Songkrate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
